Deimos Group<\/strong> has joined the French distributor<\/strong> Lavoll\u00e9e\/Firmalis<\/strong> to create SIDG: \u201cSpecialty Ingredients Distribution Group\u201d<\/strong>, a strategic alliance<\/strong> specialized in the distribution of ingredients and raw materials for the Life Science<\/strong> and selected Industrial markets<\/strong>, with the financial support<\/strong> of the PE investor Waterland<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

This strategic alliance opens a new chapter for both Groups<\/strong>, guided by<\/strong> innovation, quality, flexibility, and customer orientation<\/strong>, as first step in the creation of a new pan-European player<\/strong>: objective is the presence in all relevant European countries<\/strong>, with autonomously operating local champions as partnering entrepreneurs<\/strong>. Waterland<\/strong> will grant a common financial basis<\/strong> for this innovative concept through a common holding company<\/strong> in the Netherlands, SIDG BV<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Founded in 2011<\/strong>, Deimos Group<\/strong> has grown over the years through strategic acquisitions. Nowadays, it stands as a benchmark in the distribution of ingredients and raw materials for the Food, Nutraceuticals, Cosmetics, Pharma, Animal Nutrition, and selected industrial specialties applications<\/strong> in Italy, Croatia, Slovenia and Benelux, whereas Lavoll\u00e9e\/Firmalis<\/strong> is present mainly in France with a comparable market coverage.<\/p>\n

The alliance inside SIDG<\/strong> represents for both groups a significant growth opportunity<\/strong>, enabling them to expand their portfolio<\/strong>, enhance the quality of their customer service<\/strong>, and foster new operational and commercial synergies across the various team<\/strong>s.<\/p>\n
