In response to the growing demand for vegetable protein-based products in the food and nutraceutical market, the Israeli company InnovoPro has successfully developed a high-performance solution in terms of functionality, nutrition, sustainability and pleasant taste.

CP-Pro 70®, a concentrated and highly functional Chickpeas Protein.
The product is characterized by a neutral and clean taste, and therefore it does not require the use of masking agents or chemical substances, unlike other vegetable proteins.
CP-Pro 70®, thanks to a protein content of 70% and to its peculiar organoleptic characteristics, finds application in several formulations, as an emulsifier and also as an aerating agent; in place of additives such as thickeners and gelling agents, it showed excellent results especially in ice creams, puddings, veggie burgers, and in mayonnaise and baked goods as an alternative to eggs.
